The REED Charter is the foundational text of the REED philosophy.
It defines the worldview, guiding principles, and systemic processes of resilience that underpin all labels, roles, trajectories, and governance within the ecosystem.

2. The Transition Label: REGENERATION MATRIX
Universal Commitment Matrix Contract
As the first open operational framework, the REGENERATION MATRIX allowed individuals, organizations, and territories to commit to transformation without hierarchy, commerce, or borders.
- Symbolic contract accessible to all
- Full reversibility of commitment
- Free transmission, non-commercial
- Respect, peace, diversity, and non-violence
- Used today in:
